Returns & Exchange

At CARMÉ, every piece is made to feel like your daily escape. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it simple for you to exchange or return your order.


Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Swimwear/bikinis (unless defective), bra pads/inner wear, sale or discounted items, gifts or giveaways.
  • Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. A courier pick-up service may be arranged (fees apply).
  • Refunds & exchanges: Returns are processed as store credit only (valid for 6 months). Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days once the return is received and inspected. If the requested size/item is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.

International Orders

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Same as domestic (swimwear, inner wear, sale items, promotional exclusions, gifts/giveaways).
  • Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refunds & exchanges: Returns are processed as store credit only (valid for 6 months). Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days once the return is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or store credit.

  1. Email us at hello@shop-carme.com or DM us at instagram.com/shop_carme within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product videos, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
