We currently ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Canada.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Indonesia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Bali: Same-day or next-day delivery is available. Contact us at hello@shop-carme.com or DM us on Instagram @shop_carme.
  • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Indonesia: Shipping rate is Rp 15,000.00 per kg
  • International: Shipping is calculated by weight (kilograms) and shown at checkout before payment.

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order & Processing

Every CARMÉ piece is designed and crafted in Bali, using natural, breathable fabrics.

Yes — in Bali we offer same-day/next-day delivery. For urgent orders outside Bali, please email hello@shop-carme.com before placing your order.

Orders can only be modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, our team begins processing to ensure timely delivery.

Currently, we do not offer custom sizing or designs, but our silhouettes are crafted for versatility and timeless wear.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags and original packaging.

Yes. For hygiene and policy reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear & bikinis (unless defective)
  • Inner wear / bra pads
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Purchases made with promo codes that specify “no returns”
  • Gifts, giveaways, or contest items

All approved returns are processed as store credit only (valid for 6 months). We do not issue cash refunds.

Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Indonesia orders: Customers cover return courier fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.


International orders: Customers cover return shipping and customs fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Email us at hello@shop-carme.com or DM us via IG @shop_carme right away with photos and videos. We’ll cover shipping and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size/item isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit instead.
